Acute, mental health, community and ambulance trusts are invited to complete the national EPR usability survey, which is open to clinicians and clinical support colleagues who use EPRs, until 20 December 2024.

The survey results will help the NHS measure how effectively EPRs support people in their work. They will also enable NHS England to collate a national view of the factors impacting EPR usability to identify:

best practise by EPR and care setting to support improvement of user experience

targeted funding to address ongoing EPR optimisation
